Batchelder Tile – Complete No. 111 Fireplace Mantle Shelf – 7 Pieces

You are bidding on a complete 7 piece Batchelder Tile firepalce mantel shelf set.  This was salvaged from a S.F. Bay Area home built around 1915.
I can give exact measurements upon request, the two corner pieces are around 9″ x 12″ and the other 5 are about 12″ x 12″, all are about 2 7/8″ high.  They really are in nice condition with minimal signs or use or damage.  There is one exception:  one of the middle tiles has a crack.  The good news is that it really just looks like a scratch in a few places where visibile, not really that noticeable since in the back of tile, side and back would not be visable once installed.  This tile has been glued and is still structurally sound (can still bear weight, I forgot about the above and had all 5 stacked against the wall, this was on the bottom).
Put together this shelf is 6 1/2′ long with all 5 middle tiles, or 5 1/2′ with 4 middle tiles.  Could be used as part of a custom made bookcase if you don’t have fireplace.
I also have the almost complete spandrel set which was part of this same installation and some other tiles as well that were part of this installation.
