Yes I combine shipping, but PLEASE read the rules. If you want combined shipping, you MUST request for a total for more than one item at the same time. If you buy separate items from me at different times I WILL NOT COMBINE YOUR SHIPPING.
If the orders are too heavy in weight (ie. A buyer wins or requests an invoice for two packages that are 8 oz. each) I CANNOT PUT THEM THROUGH FIRST CLASS because the MAXIMUM weight for first class packages is 13 OZ. I will have to use Priority Mail WHICH IS MORE EXPENSIVE, so if you want a refund on combined shipping involving heavy items you will have to deal with A SMALLER REFUND because I am SPENDING MORE for a BETTER shipping service (in this case USPS Priority Mail). Some buyers don’t understand how shipping works so I am writing this out for everyone to see.
